General Provisions

2.6. In the occurrence of force majeure events (combat actions, a state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), the Company does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

4.1. This Agreement takes effect upon any utilization of the "linkyway.co" website.
4.2. The Agreement becomes void upon the release of its updated version.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement at its discretion.
4.4. The Company is not obligated to notify users of changes to the Agreement.
